A dedicated professional and avid sports enthusiast, Brendon is known for his strong work ethic and passion for personal and professional development. His primary goal is to create opportunities that not only improve his own circumstances but also positively impact the circumstances of those around him. Emily Straka

Emily is the HR Manager at Emergent Executives. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, she majored in Philosophy and Religious Studies with a concentration in Human Rights. Emily loves to travel, and has lived all across North America—from Mobile, AL to British Columbia, Canada. She loves to read in her free time, as well as take her dog Meredith to the park. Emily's primary goal is to help others thrive in a professional setting where they have the opportunity to change their life for the better—and to change her own life for the better as well.

Trevor Glassco is from small town Albertville, Alabama. He moved to Mobile, AL and joined the Emergent Executives team in early February. In his free time, he loves to both play and watch sports. Trevor is hard working, with a passion for competitiveness and being the best in every aspect of life. Most of all, Trevor is dedicated to helping others around him be the best version of themselves that they can be.
